Mr Said Aidi, appointed Minister of vocational training and employment within the Interim Government, is born on May 8th, 1961 in Salambo. He completed his primary and secondary education in Tunisia. After preparatory studies at the Hoche School in Versailles, he joined in 1982, the Polytechnic School of Paris. Mr Aidi began his career in 1985 at the research and development center of the General Computer Compagny in Paris and later in Marseille. In 1993, he worked at IBM where he developed consulting activities and implementation solutions for management of human resources for African and Tunisian companies, and this from Tunis. In 2002, Mr Said Aidi was the Director of the human capital management services at IBM for the Francophone Africa region. In 2004, he created Atlasys, an independent firm specialized in consulting and engineering of computer solutions for human resources. In 2006, Atlasys, was acquired by HR Access Solutions and Mr Aïdi was appointed Managing Director for HR Access Solutions in the Middle-East and Africa. The experience of Mr. Aidi, as an entrepreneur and leader, has completed his vision of the constraints and opportunities for investment and human development in Tunisia.
