Gabrielle Gauthey is Executive Vice President Public Affairs for Alcatel-Lucent. She is graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines. She was General Secretary of the “Invest in France” network in 1992. From 1995 to 1997 she was adviser for telecom and ICT to François Fillon, Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Space Affairs. From 1998 to July 2000 she was Deputy Director-General of Sofirad and CEO of “Le SAT”, the first TV satellite-based operator in Africa. Till January 2003, she was Director of the ICT Department at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

From 2003 to 2008 she was Commissioner at the French Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts (ARCEP).
